Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Shipping starts when we consolidate a total of one (1) tonne of products or more. This means that if your order's weight is for example 200kg, we usually wait for other customers to make purchases until we get an order sum that equals one tonne of weight or more before we start shipping.

Shipping cost is predetermined based on the product's weight and volume and is paid upfront when making an order. However, there is an additional cost of custom duty that is to be paid when shipment arrives at the border. The cost of this is determined by relevant authorities such as TRA, MRA etc. After assesment, the customer will be informed of the cost and asked to make payment to avoid delays of his/her shipment.

For Malawi, all shipments made are delivered to Lilongwe.

Returns and Replacements

We do not accept returns.
